From 12pm to 12.1pm on Tuesday 26th October this service will ‘at risk’ which we implement 2 new features.
These new features are:
– Disabling page progression until a countdown has elapsed
– Embedding of youtube videos
Disabling page progression
This is a new feature request that allows you to add a countdown clock to a question page. Participants cannot proceed until the countdown has reached zero. This is useful for when you require participants to think about a scenario for a fixed amount of time before moving on.
This feature is added to your page in the ‘Stimuli’ question types
Embedding of youtube videos (Beta)
We will also be trialling the embedding of youtube videos in iSurvey questions. This can be added in the ‘images/sound’ tab associated with each question.
Simply copy and paste the embed code that youtube provides and your video should appear. Also allows full screen video, assuming the embed code is created correctly.
