At approximately 10am on Friday 3rd May, another website on the same server as iSurvey crashed which brought down several other websites including eFolio and iSurvey.
The problem was identified and fixed at 11.45am.
We’re realize this caused problems for a lot people and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please rest assured that this fault was not caused by iSurvey or eFolio, and the cause lay with a less reliable service located on the same server.
