We have recently had a few people who have lost data because when a survey is live and collecting data they have deleted a question, or deleted response options.
Please note that if you do this you WILL LOSE DATA.
You can modify response options OR questions when a survey is live, but if you DELETE them any data associated with those questions will be lost.
Although this can be retrieved, it is very time consuming, and we will do ONCE per person.
So to summarise, if you don’t want your data lost, don’t delete questions or response options when your survey is live.
