My name is Rhys and I am a BSc Marketing student at the University of Southampton. I am requesting your participation in a study regarding the assessment of value offered by Hilton Hotel to their customers. By completing your answers to the following short online questionnaire online, (approximately 5 minutes), you are giving your consent for me to use your responses anonymously for my study.

You will not be asked to provide any personal information. All responses you give will be kept completely confidential and in no cases will responses from individual participants be identified. As with any piece of research, it is important to consider whether there are any risks to participants. The study involves minimal risk to participants (i.e., the level of risk encountered in daily life). There may be no direct benefit to you other than the sense of helping me to complete one of my modules during my BSc Marketing degree.
Participation is voluntary, and refusal to take part in the study involves no penalty or loss of benefits to which participants are otherwise entitled. Participants may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which they are otherwise entitled.
