I am a master student at Human Resource Management of University of Southampton.This survey will serve to my master dissertation with tremendous contribution. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information concerning person-organization fit and its influence on application intentions. In this sense, it may give you some indications on person-organization fit, which hopefully might be contributory to your venture journey of job seeking.

It is anticipated that the survey will take no more than 15 minutes of your time to complete. Please take your time to repond to the questions. Remenber that there are no right or wrong answers, so feel free to provide completely honest responses.
