Researcher: Katherine Turnbull

Ethics number: 25469

This survey is part of my undergraduate dissertation for my Environmental Science degree at the University of Southampton. The aim of my investigation is to gauge participant’s understanding of the environmental impacts of meat and to evaluate the potential success that a meat tax may have on reducing the consumption of certain red meats in the UK; specifically targeting individuals between the ages of 18 and 29. Please answer the following questions as accurately as possible. All responses will be anonymous and you can opt out at any point, or leave any questions blank that you do not wish to answer. The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
